ok people, we get it, kony is bad. i think we all agree that someone needs to stop him, but i just dont think that we should. not only were those numbers exadurated in the video, but i dont think that the protesters understand why we sent troops to uganda. oil was recently discovered there. and another newsflash to everyone, joeseph kony isnt even IN uganda anymore. if we send troops there not only will our economy plummit even more, but we will get ourselves into ANOTHER war that we DONT need to be in. if kony doesnt affect our economy or our war with afghanistan or iran/iraq, if they arent threatning our country, and if they arent helping protesters in egypt or libya. then i seriously think that we shouldnt get involved. we just supposedly “ended” one war and now we’re getting into another war that we really dont need to be in. now im not saying that i agree with kony whatsoever and i think what he is doing is terrible, but i really think that we shouldnt get involved in this until our economy stabalizes, we leave the middleeast “for good” and when protests in egypt and libyaa settle down. theres just too much going on right now and we REALLY dont need more on our plate. not to mention what you heard was false information. it was exaddurated and several details were completely outdated. so please people. think about that before you rape our cities with posters and stickers saying KONY 2012
